20 or so years ago I was one of the very first agents in GA to be certified as an "E-PRO". Its hard to believe now but 2003 was the first year that more than 50% of buyers began their home search on the internet! Ever since then I have tried to stay ahead or at least on the curve of technology to better serve my clients.
I might be a little behind the curve on this one but I'm catching up and getting the hang of it. I have just started playing around with "virtual staging" using A.I. tools. I can add or furniture and decorating in vacant or occupied rooms, add lawn or patio furniture and much more.
First impressions matter!!!!! In todays world the buyers first impression is what they see online!
